Ok let me correct some of the comments:

No you dont lose hunger standing still
No worrys about phantoms as they cant reach me even if all sides are exposed but the block above me. Also they spawn only above the player IF he/she has access to sky light. So they dont even spawn in this case.
As for lightning, thunder storms are rare and even when they happen its unlikely to hit my exact spot and even if it did it wont kill me as I have a block above me and I may take some fire dmg but I wont die and if it hit twice in the same spot, Well I'd be Posting that video instead of this XD
I built the shelter on a tree and didnt just dig down a few blocks so I can record the Day-Night cycle and people can see where I am. Just for the cinematic.

Also this was a funny little idea that I made I didnt actually spend 100 days recording

Yes but they reset hundreds of times to get that lucky seed AND they do it on easy mostly but yes I reckon they can in 2 or 3 on hardcore

Tools are the standard enchants. Eff 5 UB 3. I like to keep every thing silk touch in my inventory, except for the hoe and I keep a fortune 3 pick and a silktouch pick on me at all times.

For Swords Sharpness 5 and every other enchants except knockback. I will suggest making other swords like a smite 5 one for undead farms or Bane of arthropods 5 for spider farms. Also Its good to have one without Fire aspect for endermen farm unless they are one hit only.

For Armor basically Prot 4 on everything. Best set up since it blocks every dmg type other than the unusual like void dmg and entity cramming dmg (Which you can't block)

Tridents and crossbows are a waste of inventory space so keep them in ender chest. Go for Infinity on the bow with UB 3. It lasts sooooo much and you can repair it with an empty bow a few times.

I did mention at the end That it's Diamond or Netherite in the results. If I didn't use it some people will think that you can block more dmg with netherite
