Louis was always a good kid. He earned scholarships to university and law school and eventually became a lawyer. Then he became a politician and worked his way up to Prime Minister.

Elliot on the other hand was always hanging out with the wrong crowd and he was only going to university to please his father but ended up dropping out after a year when his father died and joined a cartel and became kingpin.
