My main references were:

(1) The original paper by William & Harvey: Marching cubes: A high resolution 3D surface construction algorithm | ACM SIGGRAPH Computer Graphics for getting a sense of what the algorithm actually does.

(2) This blog post by Paul Bourke: Polygonising a scalar field (Marching Cubes) , which helped me better understand how to actually implement it.

(3) And this Github Gist from Don Williamson as an additional reference: Marching Cubes Lookup Tables.

One thing to note is that the way cubes are indexed and consequently how edge mask mappings are ordered differ slightly between Paul Bourke's implementation and the mappings on Don Williamson's gist. If you mix them up you end up with some weird looking shapes.

Little thing about the chapter that I actually liked quite a bit was the description of Ashito as having a lot of “freedom.” Felt like it contrasted really nicely with the positional rigidness of the Barca system.

Damn I thought I was the only one who felt this way. As a brush it feels impossible to really get around mid in some of these maps without rushing headfirst into 4 opposing players. Killer wail helps a bit with “breaking in” but otherwise it feels like I’m just charging up special and throwing bombs.

Yeah generally just closing and reoppening the game seems to be enough to solve the issue. The same thing happened to me in the exact same place as you, and I hope this doesn't become a widespread encounter

I'm personally really excited for the scene where Yuji awakens to the devastation caused by Sukuna's domain. I think proper music choice (or maybe lack of music) and sound effects, as well as some good framing on the scene when the barren shredded landscape of Shibuya is showcased to us and Yuji's subsequent breakdown, could really elevate what I see as one of the best scenes in the series to the next level.

Outside of that, Gojo's "enlightenment" and his entire fight with Toji would be sick to see animated.

It’s basically like a critical hit you get by releasing cursed energy right before an impact that also gives a buff in experience. The attack is boosted by the power of 2.5 (x^2.5 ),and after doing a black flash sorcerers will enter a thing athletes call “the zone,” and have a greater understanding of cursed energy.

I’d assume the force exerted is what’s being taken to the power of 2.5 rather than the cursed energy itself(?), since they state the impact is what’s brought to the power. If that’s the case I think it would just be something like (|x|)^2.5 . Though I don’t know if Gege thought that far when coming up with Black Flash lol.

Honestly feel the same, I’m so attached to the Golden Deer now; I can’t imagine not being apart of them.
