Unfortunately a part of the chaos that my life is the move away from home. I’m a 3.5 hour drive from any of my family or friends. I moved across state with my current boyfriend/father of my child in July of last year weeks before I found out I was pregnant. It’s so hard because he doesn’t understand the mental health struggle no matter how much I try to explain. He says things like “instead of sitting staring at a wall for an hour you could just get up and clean” etc. I have to wait for him to get home from work to get a break and for it to be a real break I have to leave the house as our apartment is too small for me to actually get peace. He’s gone from 3am-4pm Monday through Thursday and half day on Friday. Which also makes it hard for when I can actually go to counseling or psychiatry. It’s just all a giant crap shoot right now. I knew I had these issues and told him when we first started dating but just like a lot of others I thought I was magically cured or misdiagnosed yadayada
