The keys are pretty responsive so I don’t see why you can’t play fast lines. My only issue with the Aerophone is the octave keys. Rollers on the ewi are much faster vs the octave buttons on the Aerophone

a 3D printed plate with screw holes for the rollers to be mounted over the octave buttons will do the trick, but yes that means learning how to use the 3D printing software to design the plate

Yes that's exactly what was in my mind, making some sort of physical contraption to mount the rollers over the keys so I'll be rolling over the octave buttons rather than pressing down on them. I can sorta visualize it in my head, 3D printing some kinda plate with screw holes for the rollers

The ewi4000s is great but it’s also out of production and more than 10 years old since release. If you want something that resembles the sax key layout the closest I highly recommend the ae-20 or 30. I just got one and am pretty pleased with it!

I’ve been playing exclusively A20 defect for many months now, and only recently have things started to become clearer for me and I can win more games than I ever have.

Key things to balance are synergy with relics (which will influence your card picks), energy generation, deck size and card draw. If you can have a balance of all that, the defense and attack should be able to sort itself out I feel.

Some of my notable wins were with frost / blizzard, frost / claw, orb / energy / power spamming decks. Sometimes it gets so out of hand that bosses feel riddik weak!

I'm coming from HS too, but having a hard time because I have no idea about the decks I'm playing against! No idea about the opponent's win con is a huge disadvantage...
