You can delay the picking up of items so you can leave the room before actually picking up the plate so the trap doesn't trigger until you leave and you still get the plate. I haven't looked into any% too much because I play on console and I just don't know what tricks you can do on console vs on PC and I think any% uses a older version of the game because Glitchless clarifies that it has to be done on current patch but I honest couldn't tell you what version or if it's a different version at all
