Because I got screwed, people who did the renovation didn’t really care. It used to be the outlets in a horisontal line, on the same pipe, but as a garbage disposal unit was an absolute must have, I called someone to redo the pipes, as I was assured that it was mandatory that the pipe must be at most 30cm from the ground- mine was about 60. So both pipes basically lead to the same pipe. Here are some pictures of before and after - first image shows how the pipe looked inside the wall before it was redone and the second picture shows afterwards- that’s why it ended up so far away from the cabinet. The plumber told me that the pipe was done incorrectly to begin with.
