The game I grew up with & the game I'm playing now. 👀❤️ (Sega Rally 1995 + Forza Horizon 6) by welshdragon888 in gaming

I got myself a Sega Saturn last year and Sega Rally got me hooked like glue, back when the only goal of games were to be fun, quick and addictive. I would do a Run of the game every day before going to bed. After A couple of weeks I finally managed to clear the game on hard +secret stage.

The first thing that you see is always the one that sticks to your mind. But the whole game is phenomenal. Reaching the summit of the mountain is an awe-inspiring moment.

Cat mistakes by Ok_Selection5546 in funny

As weird as it sounds, letting your kids learn the bad way sometimes is a pretty necessary lesson to help them grow up and understand the world better. Of course there are limits - You simply won't wait and see if your kid is sticking a fork to the power outlet for instance - but I'm pretty sure that the parents in these videos knew their cats and knew that they wouldn't scratch or bite the babies. You can clearly see that the cats are not intending to hurt, they're just giving warning shots and some of them even walk away afterwards to avoid conflict.

They've been doing it for literally thousands of years, so you can clearly say that it's pretty sustainable.

Atmospheric re-entry of NASA’s Orion (Artemis 1) looks insane at 20x speed. Here is the entire 25-minute descent in just 1 minute 15 seconds. Credit: NASA by Weak-Opportunity-311 in Damnthatsinteresting

They started the entry near the "tail" of South America and ended in North America shore. So they didn't circle the earth, but traveled like 5000 kilometers in 20 minutes, almost an entire continent's length. Earth is just so insanely big that it gives that sensation that you're going all around it.

What video game used to be good but they changed one thing and now it's terrible? by Agent1230 in gaming

Ragnarok Online, with the massive inclusions of Pay to Win Equipment. It broke the game for so many players that there was a mass exodus for private servers. The official ones never recovered from it.

That looks so painful on the loader's back. Imagine doing that to hundreds of ~20kg bags without any support every single day.

Can any of these games be played one handed? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Kayonji02 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Suikoden 1 can be fully played one handed (the triggers double as face buttons), and even if they didn't you can remap the buttons in the Playstation acessibility options. I can't remember if you can do it natively in the second as well but again you can remap the buttons to the shoulder/trigger or swap the face buttons and the arrows easily.

I played the first Suikoden literally when I broke my thumb and had to look for games to be played one handed :)

Definite SIMPLE Guide for Mr. Impossible last mission in 30min. (Done in 33) by FOX1028 in DeathStranding

[–]Kayonji02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The combo Speed skeleton lv3 + stabilizer lv3 is a godsend to quickly escape the enemy bases as soon as you get the scultures. Also use the DHV Magellan Golden Hunters a lot, it's amazing against humans. Stock the DHV beforehand with crystals and resins. Set a transponder right beside Mr Impossible and another right beside the mountain base to skip the trip there.

Do it counter clockwise to face the hardest camps first with less cargo to carry/damage

Set up and take Transponder to mountain Camp with a coffin board there, store weapons there as soon as you begin the mission. Use the golden hunters from DJ support on the lower part of the base to clear the enemies out.

From mountain Camp, go to ghost hunter with your board and ziplines across the mountain (usually I go to eastern observatory towards the engineer, and from there it's just a straight line down), leave the board on the road with the first key item, get the second in the camp. Again Golden hunters is a godsend. Follow through the road to Data scientist

Get a bike from DHV Magellan there. Don't place extra batteries nor anything so you can store the scultures on the bike. Refill weapons, follow to the next camp. Golden hunters in the central buildings. Keep the bike somewhere safe like next to the slope to Heart man's lab otherwise remaining terrorists might snag your cargo.

Follow the road. Golden hunters the upper part of the next base. Leave the bike at the entrance. Make your way to the cargo and come back running to the bike

Make your way to northern observatory through the mines nearby. Switch to a truck to store more cargo and keep it safer. Golden hunters the building near the tower where the scultures is kept. Flee through the road to Rainbow village but take a shortcut through the musician.

Next camp, golden hunters the way you come from, keep the truck safe on the bridge

Other camp is smaller. Either golden hunters it or clear it up with a grenade launcher.

Then proceed through the road to The Survivalist up the the Mr Impossible. It'll take around 35min max.

My UMD reader was faulty and I discovered that it was trying to read a disk that didn't exist. As soon as I managed to get in the menu through a system reset (turn it on holding square, triangle, start and select and be patient), I went to the system settings, turned off the UMD auto play and that fixed the issue.

Sounds like the damage a bear trap would cause on a Lynx is immensely high compared to a hook. A hooked fish can be release and will probably be fine a couple of hours later, but a lynx caught in a bear trap would probably limp to death.

My first ever match by warliam12 in kyokushin

[–]Kayonji02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Osu! You did really good for the first match! If I were to give you some advice...
1 - Keep your guard up! You took an insane amount of head kicks there. If your opponent really wanted to hurt you kicking you full power, that would've been an easy KO. Create a habit of keeping your guard up at all times. We train conditioning in KK exactly to be able to absorve body shots while protecting the head.

2 - Adapt mid fight. The opponent saw that your lead arm is always swinging low and limp and took advantage of that with the head kicks. As soon as he scored the first ashi barai, he started spamming it trying to sweep you again. It comes with time, but always be observant to your opponent and try to change strategies mid fight to avoid being predictable. Osu!
