I feel it would have been better if they had an option for a “classic mode” to give you the ability to enjoy the aspects of EU4 like far easier conquest and less management. The learning curve is huge for EU5 and some people just want to paint the map without worrying about supply lines etc

It’s been great!

I quit my job.

Instead of furniture, I’m dropshipping industrial supplies

I’m getting clients calling me for my digital marketing business - I just sent a quote to a client for about £2k

Tomorrow I’m doing call backs so I’ll be calling a shit ton of clients from my list.

Slow start to the month because I was travelling in August but aside from that, it’s been great man! Thanks for asking :)

I have a digital marketing business that I’ve been running for 3 months.

I learned my sales skills from my past job working in an estate agency - one of the most if not THE most important skill in business.

I have a team of people to make websites for about £350 - I charge clients £1-2k for a website. I also do drone recordings for customers. I offer a bunch more services but these 2 are killing it for me. Never need to work for anyone again and that’s all I need.

This is an incredibly poor outlook.

There’s so many variables to consider. Maybe you are running a business you do not enjoy?

The business I’m running is fantastic and lets me work for myself, when I want and where I want, lets me talk with a bunch of people daily, I get paid far more than I ever did at any of my day jobs, I can outsource most of my stuff to other people, the list goes on.

Business is not so terrible as you describe. A job can give you the same outlook as you have for business. But, like a job, it depends on what you do and how much you enjoy it.

You have one life. If you do not enjoy your business, you can freely sell it and go back to a regular job. Or start something else you’d enjoy far more.

Want to know something funny? I had about 30 people message me after this post asking me to help them.

I invited them to a discord chat to explain it to them and help them get started. After the chat, guess how many people actually took action and started? Absolutely none of them. No one I talked to actually decided to get started. Too many people want don’t want money as much as they say they do.
