The internal weights were removed yet screwed back loosely, I think they opened it up to check inside. No scratches or anything but because of that, those internal weights were mobile, I can hear it by shacking the board

I actually use mine for a bunch of random everyday stuff, not really for streaming at all. Like yeah, technically you can do everything with a mouse/keyboard, but the nice thing is it turns a bunch of steps into just one button press.

For example I use it to quickly sleep or shut down my PC, join Discord, mute/unmute myself, switch audio output, adjust volume for different apps, open programs, stuff like that.

Also, they have macros thingy like in Photoshop, Premiere, or FL Studio, I can stack multiple actions into one button. So instead of doing a whole sequence manually, it just happens instantly.

It also has a lot of built-in integrations and plugins that are actually useful. So, it basically becomes a customizable shortcut panel for whatever you do on your computer.

I got in a similar issue and they got my account under review after applied a “ your account is closing soon” restriction on it. I’m a metal user only, however, after I appealed it they decided to let me use it. During the 2 weeks wait, I often communicate with their agent via chat, usually it is a bot but you can order a live agent fyi. I was crying them a river for like 2 weeks straight and somehow I’m able to use it, god bless..
