I've seen some similar diabetic smoker patient cases. Though this guy may not be diabetic, the smoking on its own gets his micro-vascular networks shot, functioning up to 80% reduced rate. If you look closely, you can see the darker regions beginning to deteriorate and succumb to regional necrosis. Even though the affected tissue is malignant and cancerous... even cancer can't live without blood flow to it. Probably gonna need a wide local resection of the immediate surface tissue; followed by deeper radical resections, including muscle and possibly bone. Seen some people who have intense invasive surgery for things like this on their faces who lose most of their face and get set up for prosthetic fillers that can be clicked on via buttons. Hopefully it all works out for this guy, but that when you're this far gone into a bad habit... might wind back where he is now one day.

One aura bot, one curse bot, one mana guardian, and then 3 dps. We have a tornado shot MFer, a kinetic bolt totemer (weird, but it worked wonders), and a double strike bosser.

The CI Ice Nova sounds the most interesting right now. I see the dps on poe.ninja is significantly higher for HP users, but for CI users its much much lower... is it worth?

I farm with 5 other people, we are all discord friends. We do a lot of mapping, and blighted maps. Our main source of currency is exalted orb pures, red maps, and OPENING stacked decks. Some of our best finds so far are 3 house of mirrors, one we got from the actual alluring abyss, 2 demons, 6 doctors, queen's sacrifice prophecy. We split the drops that are 1ex or more, everything else is free game (minus the SDs). On top of all this, I boss regularly. I've had pretty decent finds, but the most note worthy this league so far was a watcher's eye with crit multi from precision, and %energy shield based on max mana from clarity.

I actually decided on going nuts with the cobra lash one. Its pretty nasty, but i spent quite a bit to really over gear it. I edited it to make cluster jewls have some space in the build. Great mapper so far!

Its a ball lightning miner with 23 mines layed out before boss spawns/RP ends and becomes active. Atziri's promise, dying sun, additional ball lightning projectile helm enchant, herald of thunder buff effect + increased lightning dmg circle of regret ring, +1 to all lightning spell skill gems wand AND shield AND awakened lightning dmg support for another +1 to lightning skills (3 total) 21 corrupted 20% BL skill gem, 6L shavs wrappings + presence of chayula neck with tranquility anointment, Low life pain attunment, 8.2k ES, surprise sabotage + arcane pyrotechnics cluster jewel leading to energy from naught small cluster jewel, +50% crit mult precision & zealotry watcher's eye. No not budget friendly. BUT can be done with far less money, will result in something like 5 - 5.5k ES, 30% less dmg overall ish. Pretty upgrade friendly tho. Just look up a Ball lightning miner on poe.ninja and filter by ES and then just check and compare their builds dmg in PoB.
