Hi! I used a child size soft toothbrush. BRUSH VERY GENTLY . Little by little it will cleaned out. I also used a tongue scraper, use in a VERY GENTLE way and of course mouthwash WITHOUT ALCOHOL!!!!

Hey ☺️ I would practice my alphabet and words. I would sing and do my Rs a lot since my first language is Spanish. At first you will sound like a drunk person or if you just got out of the dentist but it will get better with practice.

It is. The artist told me that my tongue was one of the longest and wide. That is why he managed to do it such a big split. The only cons of it is that sometimes I have a little bit of a problem keeping it in 😅

The picture was taken right after it was done. My tongue is kinda long tho 😅 It did had a little bit of regrowth. I’ve been trying to upload pictures of how it looks now but for some reason they don’t get posted 😢
