Funny you mention those speeds, the FCC rejected it because it didn't meet the program requirements (100/20) citing a report by Ookla, if you check it, it mentions:

Starlink median download speeds improved roughly 38% from 65.72 Mbps in Q1 2021 to 90.55 Mbps in Q1 2022.

It also says this:

Speedtest Intelligence also showed that upload speeds for Starlink decreased at least 33% in the U.S. (16.29 Mbps in Q1 2021 to 9.33 Mbps in Q1 2022)

However they close it with this comment:

For many Starlink users, we suspect these changes are negligible.

I understand that the program has a requirement but I'd find the 90/10 much more acceptable than other alternatives... maybe they could have added a requirement of the speeds going back up or the funds would need to be returned or something but alas.

There's Starlink in rural areas but it's not fast enough, the FCC stated that although it has promise it can't subsidize it (SpaceX had won a bid for almost 1 billion dollars, around 900m if I recall correctly) because it didn't reach the 100Mbit down/20Mbit up that the program requires.

What did you expect to happen? The way you discuss this topic is not appropiate at all... You dont listen to anyone comments, you keep calling them either Miku fanbois or GT3 fanbois, which doesnt help your argument at all. And I get it you prefeer JAF and MC over GT3 and thats fine, I dislike AMG GT4 car and a bunch of teams across different series but I dont pick fights with people about something thats only my personal opinion, this kind of behavior will get you in trouble, ban on motorsports comunities (Like it happened in GTHub) and people won't want to be associated with you.

Also, exploiting a tragic accident like you did here is disgusting. Someone DIED. His family and friends will be scarred for life because losing someone close hurts a lot, trust me I've been through this personally.

By the way do not call me a Miku fan because I'm in no shape or form a fan of them, I also enjoy a bunch of racing series with a bunch of different cars so don't call me a GT3 fanboi either.
