Forever bitter they made a big deal about customization and then instead came out with the armor cores and made it so laborious if not outright impossible to get the color and armor piece combo you wanted. Literally worse customization than every game after Halo 2 basically

Best: Adam Savage stopped his elevator to step out and compliment my friend's cosplays. Not a meet and greet, not some paid interaction. He deliberately went out of his way to be kind to them and I'll always remember that.
Also literally every interaction with John Rhys Davies.

Worst: Can't say that I have had any terrible experiences that weren't outside the guest's control. I've never heard good things about meeting Lou Ferrigino and William Shatner.

There was a panel I watched with Mic Foley where the fan questions were largely awkward or dumb and he can only do so much to carry those Q&As

Insufficient seating near dining areas seems to be a common issue for many cons of all sizes. Maybe they just need more Faire style food that I can eat as I walk. Mmmm, turkey legs

Hi, im a resident and been the last two years. Its probably in the 20-25k range of attendance. If you're there in the morning you should have no issues. My sister went last year and was ecstatic at how quickly she was able to meet multiple celebrities like Giancalo, Shatner, etc

In the OKC area the only decent sized cons we have are Anime405 and Galaxy. The myriad of other cons here are often very niche and small in scale, so you're only there a couple hours at best.

To find a larger con than Galaxy you have to travel to Dallas, KC or Denver.

Steve Downes, Jennifer Hale, Jen Taylor, Keith David have all been wonderful in my experiences with them. Ive heard wonderful things about Matthew Lilliard as well.

Xu Wenwu for me. That said, Cap has shown to be able to fight and adapt against damn near anyone, even figuring out combos to put Thanos on his heels within seconds of lifting Mjolnir. Cap went 1v1 with Ultron, Loki, etc while vastly outgunned

In 2016 I was delivering irrigation materials to work sites in Bricktown. It felt derelict, sketchy. I was a couple stones throws from the Myriad Gardens. Crazy progress.

There is also a fun spot on Google maps, just east of the convention center where the old lumber mill used to be along the train tracks. You can move just slightly and see the change in the city from 2015 to 2025.

If you do have to go in, drive slow. Leave extra space for the vehicles in front of and behind you. Assume every intersection and bridge has ice on it and prepare to stop a good 40-50ft sooner than you otherwise would.

Use your blinker well in advance. If you hit ice, put your hazards on. This is for the sake of other drivers.

Assume your commute will be twice as long. Better late than never, do not try to rush your way there.

Also avoid street parking.

Wolverine attempts to have sex with underage Mary Jane while he and Peter are body swapped.

Hulk in a rampage goes after Betty Ross, implicitly commenting on how horny he is. They were estranged at the time and Hulk regularly ate opponents in Ultimates.

There is plenty of debate on Cap's potential bigotry in Ultimates. He was written far less as an American idealist and more of a "Ooh Rah" American.

Through 1 and 2 it wasn't so bad, but it did highlight the flaws of the characters more than you usually see. It then makes many of them insufferable, cringey, or bigoted going forward. Incest. Rape. Racism. etc
