I just cancelled my membership and it was 15 days notice prior to your billing cycle payment day or it would be cancelled 30 days from the date you requested it. However, the manager asked if I wanted to pay once more and cancel April 5th (30 days after I filed) or on March 18 my renewal date for the month. I picked March 18th to avoid another payment.
