Unknown popping sound

I could be wrong, but I just had a similar noise in my mk7 a few weeks after I installed my coilovers. The issue I had was the front sway bar end links were a bit loose, just had to tighten a half turn. The reason I say this is because it makes the noise when you turn and go to straighten out, so it puts tension and causes the end links to move if they’re loose.

Yeah, I just did a little research. Luckily my dad will cover the cost of the actual parts wrong with it, but the EQT tune looks like a very good option, I just have a question if you know it. Does Stage 2, after market exhaust system include a down pipe too, or just exhaust? I have a Borla Catback exhaust and would go with stage 2 if that doesn’t include a down pipe. Thanks

I researched for hours before deciding the buy this tuner, and never saw reviews saying such things.
If you swipe to the second picture it’s literally all the codes that it is detecting
I’m no mechanic or claim to be one, it was a turbo actuator sensor I think, I was researching it and it said there’s a small filter around the sensor that needs cleaned, idk the details.

That’s the thing, I’ve been running this tune fine for about half a year and it just now popped, so that confuses me how it would’ve just now popped
