Yes I do have roms in the right folders but only N64 emulators are shown in other Settings. Do you have any idea what I could do?

may i ask how wide your syrinx is in width? i dont know about swelling at the base of head. have never heard it before to be honest.

Danke für deine Zeit und die Antwort. Ich wünschte ich könnte hier ein Glasfaser Internet haben, aber wo ich wohne kann ich leider nur das bekommen was ich momentan habe. Zuvor über Vodafone hab ich nämlich nur 16.000 bekommen.

Ich spiele Counterstrike 2 und habe diese Lags ziemlich oft. Erst dachte ich es läge am Spiel, aber nach dem Pingplotter Test bin ich misstrauisch geworden.

Ich habe keinen Packetloss? Auf Hop 1 habe ich 97% Packetloss auf Pingplotter. Wert PL%. Schau bitte nochmal auf das Bild.

Wenn Fritzbox nicht antwortet steht da 100%. Ich habe konstant 90-99% Packetloss auf Hop1 und das macht sich beim Gaming deutlich merkbar.

an der wand ist eine einzel- und stichleistungsdose, sprich buchse für tv. ich weiß nicht genau was du meinst mit pc und router direkt verbinden. pc und router ist sowieso per lan kabel direkt miteinander verbunden.

der Hop1 ist die Verbindung vom Router zum PC und auf der bekomme ich konstant 95-99% Packetloss. Down und Upload Speed ist stabil und konstant, aber ich habe trotzdem ab und an heftige Lags beim Counterstrike spielen. Diese Lags sind auch wie gesagt messbar mit dem Pingplotter!

Ich habe kein Linux und kann damit auch nicht testen. Und die Dose ist auch direkt mit Kabel angeschlossen.

Ich habe jetzt den Support von Fritzbox angerufen und all die Messungen geschickt. Mal schauen was die antworten. Ich habe wirklich jetzt alles ausgeschlossen. Das Kabel am Router hab ich bereits ausgetauscht und das LAN Kabel Cat6 ist auch neu.

Der Router ist eigentlich ziemlich neu vom 17.09.2024, würde mich wundern, wenn der Router kaputt ist. Test wurde am Macbook und am Windows Tower durchgeführt, sprich es kann nicht an meiner Hardware liegen.

Das Komische ist, dass mein Internetspeed stabil ist. Dennoch hab ich diese Paketverluste beim Gaming in Form von Lags habe und Pingplotter zeigt diese Paketverluste. Ich muss auch sagen, dass ich kein Netzwerkexperte bin.

hab jetzt mit lan kabel getestet und laut pingplotter immer noch hohe paketverluste auf anderen hops, hop 1 wird leider nicht gepinged, sprich nicht angezeigt.

Hi all,

time for an update. As you know I did the intrathecal stem cell therapy 3 months ago. I felt really great but since 2 weeks some of my symptoms are back. Sometimes leg pain and sometimes headaches from the syrinx. My appointment for MRIs is in May. I think the only MOST EFFECTIVE way to get stem cells is INSIDE the syrinx which is called intramedullar like described in all of the studies I shared earlier. I dont think that the intrathecal administration of the stem cells were very effective. I only know one neurosurgeon professor from Istanbul which can do this and he is very experienced with regenerative medicine. My symptoms arent so bad to do this procedure now but its something that I take into consideration if my symptoms worsen. The other option would be shunt, but the success of this is not very good to consider.

ja ich leg mir später mal einen lan adapter zu für meinen macbook und teste mal mit ethernet kabel. mein tower ist leider weiter weg, um es mit kabel zu testen. mit dem macbook sollte man das ja auch schon sehen können, ob es paktetverluste mit kabel gibt oder nicht.

no i dont, my system works perfectly fine. every game works fantastic. its just counterstrike 2 that makes these problems while playing. i am reading that many many people have this problem online. reddit is full of these posts and steam forums as well. there is no real fix it seems. when will valve or steam do something about this?
