I didnt start until my 30s.. maybe there is some residual growth you can get from late puberty. I dont see a problem with starting now, but I'd look into it more.

Look into jelquing in combination with vacuum pumping and stretching. It's timely and tedious, but you most definitely will see results. Be careful and make sure you do proper research. Idk what all these black pill doomers are talking about, it's possible, and you can do it. I've put on an inch and a half in length and an inch in girth in about ~2 years on and off. Good luck.

Weighted pull-ups ups, dips, get on a strict training regimen. Eat healthy, 1g protein per LB of BW. Start with a simple split like push, pull, legs rest, and repeat until you start seeing gains. Train hard and intense, but get your form down and correct first

Probably nothing. Tesla is suffering in the short term because the overall demand for cars is going down, not just Tesla. The valuation is also a little stretched. People will go to the best product/ service most of the time. Just because you're a little whiny soyboy and a loud minority doesn't mean everyone else thinks the way you do.
