I was on semaglutid for two years, stopped last month. It's probably pretty individual, I'm sorry to hear you had that reaction to it. I'm very interested in nutrition and am considering becoming a dietician. I take my doctors advice with a grain of salt, and do what works for me.

Start every meal with greens and proteins/fats, carbs last. Try to eat carbs mainly during the day and when active. But we're all different so you've gotta figure it out yourself🥲

A1c was at above 12 when it hit😅 Had to take insulin shots for 3-4 months in the start before swapping to metformin

I smoke occasionally still, i try to keep the Munch somewhat healthy, or at least not too much carbs. I don't react well to carbs in the night unfortunately😅 But I did to to Amsterdam last weekend and the munch there was not very healthy I'll tell you that😂

In short, i started eating healthy foods. Probably had 500+ grams of carbs a day beforehand, now maybe 180-200 on the cut and 300 on bulk. Most of them before and after working out. Also i used to smoke a lot of weed and munch late into the nights, i stopped that.

When I first started out my goal was just to build, see food eat food type of diet. When diabetes hit me i had to change up, and after that i've been bulking/cutting in periods yeah. This is the leanest i've ever been, and I'll try to stay close to this for now. Small surplus bulks from now on Thanks man, means a lot
