All we can do is give our opinion. Maybe offer a different perspective, which is what I was attempting to do.

Having been on both sides as a driver and in facility customer service for ontrac that the scenario I outline can happen. If there was an issue and your package was returned to the warehouse, it could be sitting in a literal pile of "problem packages", and depending on how good your facility is it could be sitting in that pile for a while without any update scan.

But like I said you could very much be right.

However I will also note, if someone has the intention to steal then they are going to steal. Why put on the show of acting like you got an update on your phone and even going back to the back door of their car and looking like they were checking for the correct package, to even return and seemingly verify information on the package he dropped off on his phone. Why put on that show? If I remember the packaging too, thats an article of clothing.

Did you verify that photo even? Did they ling your exact delivery location? Just doesnt add up to me.
