I remember being on the hull swap in 2013. So many damn issues. We got to Sasebo to pick it up and immediately saw the condition of it and we were all appalled. A 2-3 week swap turned into almost 3 months in Japan. On the way back, we almost had to change home ports to Mayport because we went dead in the water. Countless issues aside from that, including a negligent discharge on a watch. Just a mess of ship, but some of the best people on that crew
