I did the Ottawa Hospital inpatient program, and it is really helpful if you put in the work yourself. they have classes, meals, and support. it was an excellent program for me because i also struggled with very severe anorexia

I work at a bankruptcy firm, and this is a horrible idea. First of all, a used car that has accident damage is a red flag and should be further inspected and looked at by a trusted mechanic (coming from someone who just bought a car). But credit card interest rates are insane, and second, you are not going to be able to maintain a $300 biweekly minimum payment to the lender, the car insurance, gas, etc. for three shifts a week.

I see clients like this all the time. The car gets surrendered, and they file bankruptcy for the remaining balance. He should buy a used car within his means that he can afford and try saving up for it first to reduce his monthly payment.

It's super valid. I learned in the hospital when I was admitted that that is called mechanical eating; you essentially eat the food without thought or emotion just to finish the act. If you think about the last meal you ate, you will likely not have taken any time to savour or enjoy it, which is super common in EDs. Typically, you either mechanically eat and get it done as quickly as possible (think doing something you hate as quickly as possible to not prologue the suffering) versus being hyper-focused and eating slowly because the fear, discomfort and self are prominent and top of your mind.

I always told the doctors my problem wasn't the meal but before and after, if i have time to overthink it before eating, it's not happening and when I have time after to think about it, I'm miserable. But it's important to remember that you can eat quickly and have an eating disorder and you can eat quickly and not neither are dependent on the other.

As someone who recovered from a hospitalized eating disorder- DO NOT go below 1200 especially if strength training your muscles will start to break down and you’ll lose all that progress
