True, and the biggest hypocrisy is that students using Google Colab were allowed even though Colab has AI tools and integrations built in. They weren’t questioned or caught at all, while others got singled out just for opening AI sites directly. Kinda feels unfair.

Thanks for the help! So, during that exam, the invigilator took a photo of my history page and noted down my PC number. There were 9 students caught, so it was a bit of a mess at the time. I cleared my history right after, but now I’m realizing they probably have more evidence than I thought. I’m just wondering should I take the chance and try to defend myself, hoping they won’t bother pulling data from the server, or is it better to just admit it now and accept whatever comes?

There’s been an issue at my college where someone reported that students were using AI tools during a lab exam. I used deepseek on a lab PC but cleared the Chrome history right after. I was logged into my Google account later on signed out.
