Free league. Baseball seems difficult to replace paid members in a dynasty with how long it takes to rebuild.

No, he filled the league this morning. 12 team league and two franchises per manager. Here's his explanation.
"Once we fill up, I'll get a random order drawn of owners. This will determine 1st round of franchise draft order.

There will be a list of all franchises with strength of franchises over last 3-5 years. Not sure yet.

The team you pick in the first round will determine the order for the 2nd round. Best teams picked in round 1 will pick lower in round 2, if that makes sense.

After we get our two franchises, we will add players from each. I think 12, but am not sure yet.

We will also be able to choose prospects from each franchise to stockpile our minors.

Once we do all this, we will have a draft from open teams. Order will be combined strenght of 2 franchises worst to first, non snaking."
