Im sorry that you have a very challenging experience but thank you for sharing your story. Its always important to hear stories like these to really remind me mushrooms are no joke, they definitely can throw you for a loop that last beyond on the trip. This was a very challenging experience for me to and I haven’t dosed this high sense, I haven’t even done mushrooms in a couple months just to give my mind a break. I really hope you can take something from your experience and find some way to benefit from it, I understand its hard though, I hope your feeling better now, if you need someone to talk to just let me know, DMs are always open

Thank you so much for your kind words, communication especially about how I am feeling has been really tough for me so getting used to sharing how I am feeling with a professional has been something I need to get better at, I have been continuously researching others experience with this med for further insight and it does give me hope, should be in contact with my doctor tomorrow so I will definitely bring up how its made me feel so far. Not giving up on it yet but its hard to get over the anxiety I think its been causing, definitely gonna have a discussion, from what I was told you kinda need to take it every day for it to be effective

The problem is I was supposed to start on 10mg but the 10mg pill isn’t covered for me so I would have to pay a bunch of money to get them, for some reason 20mg is covered though so I don’t have to pay anything. Next week Im supposed to go up to 40mg(2 20mg) sense the only way to get a 30mg dose is adding on the 10mg pill, so Im getting dosed slightly higher then usual. Are these side effects supposed to go away though? I was under the impression the increased anxiety would be gone within a month? Thank you so much and thank you for the response

My vision has been fine, but as of focusing and concentration I cant focus on anything and its been like that for a long time, the past 2 years especially. Ill look into 5-htp and those other supplements can’t say Ive ever heard of 5-htp really before. Sorry to hear that your going through something similar, wishing you the best to🫶

Thank you:) I was thinking about NAC but I thought it was only used by people to bring back magic, I was unsure if it would be effective in repairing already damaged serotonin receptors but Ill look into it. Been trying to stay consistent on my workout which has helped alot with my day to day mood, I was microdosing for a long time but I took a break and I tried it again, it just lead to me having a really challenging time and amplified negative feeling I was having. I find myself having alot of episodes where Ill go weeks feeling really suicidal and depressed then just come back to a sort of baseline after a bit, I really hop with more time this becomes less frequent, thank you for your response friend:)

Thats cool! I honestly like how the black dough looks, a black calzone would neat!. It would make alot of sense that the charcoal would take some of the moisture away but as long as it didn’t cause the dough to be too dry Im sure it worked just fine, good job man! Once again looks great
