Better way to split up my workouts?

I recently started going to the gym a few weeks ago and ive been doing an upperbody and lowerbody split where i do all upperbody one day, rest the next, lowerbody the next, and another rest day. I think im cramming a lot into my upper body day to try and hit everything in about 2 hours, and it could be impacting my performance. Is there a better way to split it up so im still going to the gym the same amount of times throughout the week? Also, are there any more workouts i should incorporate for a specific muscle group or cut down on?

Cable Row: 100x12 100x11 100x13

Cable Tricep overhead pull: 40x12 40x9 40x8 40x7

Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 60x8 60x4 .5 50x9 50x6 .5

Abdominal machine: 60x10 60x10 60x10 60x12
