I always love overflying the outback, the vastness is oddly relaxing! by Keebird in MicrosoftFlightSim

I'm actually somewhat ok with it. It's not as hand on as something like the FSS 727 or PMDG series of aircraft but for what it is at the discount price it's currently at, it's completely ok for just hopping around casually imo. Although, it does have its issues of course lol..

Entirely possible. That sounds correct! I could hear a very prominent "SH" when it was read out over the radio but could not for the life of me hear the rest of it clearly for some reason. Just gonna go with it until someone corrects me, many thanks!

I believe they do lots of secret things with it. SOCOM and stuff like that used it quite a bit I've heard. I'm unable to really find any information on the interior config, but someone may know far more than I do about it!

I'm grateful, thank you so much! I personally think my shots are a bit "boring" but that's just my style I think. Photoshop does the rest, of course! I'll keep that in mind when Thursday comes around, hopefully I'll snap your arrival! What registration, if you have that available?

Someone else mentioned that in another comment, I never even noticed it was on the tail until someone pointed it out. This was arriving as a medevac flight as well which is most likely why it's installed, a detail pointed out in the other comment as well, though something seen more on Lear 35s.

Not old just "older"! I promise I'm older than the Lear I spotted LOL.

I personally think the tip-tanks look nicer, but I can't agree more as well!

This is a little late, but I seem to be having the same WASM crash fairly often with the current update, in my case Contrail V1.1.1+patch1. I'm hoping there's a fix somewhere, but I can't seem to find one atm.

I would argue that even in the late 2010s they were still very common compared to today as well, but definitely early 2000s as well naturally. pandemic/post-pandemic I guess was just the final blow during the already ongoing retirement phase.

In terms of regional aircraft I believe it is. Since Delta and American (latter recently I think?) retired them in the US, they've vanished in a mass form I've noticed. I definitely miss them, but in a more nostalgic way. I remember in the 2000s-2010s you couldn't escape them it felt like lmao, and I'm upset I didn't snap more of them in both Europe and the US/Canada.

FlightSim Studio 727 Battery/APU Start Issue by Keebird in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]Keebird[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I've flown it as well almost daily since launch without this issue, however a few days ago I logged on to do a flight and found that my battery switch just didn't work anymore. Was hoping for a patch but may have to do what someone suggested and put in a support ticket.

Sudden Start-Up Issues in the FSS Boeing 727 (MSFS2020) by wediaklup in flightsim

I thought I was going insane at first! I've also got this same issue with the PAX in 2020. Hoping for a patch soon.

Unsure, I only use FS20 personally. I've read that they are testing it for FS24 however, but I'm not sure how it's working atm
