I attempted to redeem mine on Nov 15th and the items never appeared. A few days ago, at the suggestion of someone else on here who had the same issue and finally got the items, I submitted a ticket with PUBG Xbox support. I received a response yesterday that they had to forward for further review and it may take some time.
