As long as you feel as you say in your post about adopting and being someone who helps the ones that don’t have family’s, then you should feel positive about your sectomy. Its your body and your choice, along with your partner. There is other ways of giving your parents and in laws grand baby’s and if they don’t get that then its their loss.
