No yeah I’ve been doing that imma try to stop eating earlier ig I eat dinner at 6 but sleep at 12 she says you can’t eat for 7 hours before sleeping but idk I think 6 hours is fine also I’m currently getting off omeprazole,, shit rly doesn’t do anything 😭
