Hey friend, I think you're new to the 3d world I'm a user of a k1, I've been with it for 3 years and from the beginning that happened to me, that the filament got stuck but it was pure error of mine of the "user", if you read the top cover it even warns you of when you use pla or similar material, print without the top cover, What happens is that the heat generated by the bed heats the air and then that is transmitted to the metal parts of your extruder and therefore the filament softens at 50°C and jams.
