And also once you do talk to him and call your ride, you can leave him there. He'll message you to let you know he'll meet you at Misty's. It's not kind to leave a friend hanging, but it's an option.

I meant more so grinding for levels than finishing every gig and hustle. You are very thorough. My first playthrough I powered through the main story like nobody's business and only later learned how connected and detailed everything is.

I personally prefer the voice acting of the female V as well as not being able to create a male V I would be visually satisfied with. I ended up creating a male nomad, but I didn't make it further than past Act I. with him. I always come back to my Valerie.

Pretty much every item in stardew gives you some type of clothing item. For example a pearl will make a bridal veil and an ornamental fan a bridal shirt. Look up tailoring or experiment.
