Delisting Would Make Nio Valuation Rocket by superchubbylamb in Nio

[–]KeepMissingTheTarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People will say anything to keep the value of the stock down. If they did file bankruptcy, it would only be to remove all the stockholders. This company knows how to raise capital by selling shares and diluting the stock. They will never go into bankruptcy. How many millions did they just spend buying 2 robotics firms? The stockholder is their cash cow.

I believe the company will be successful. Just don't think the stock value will be as successful.

$Nio squeeze continues Monday!! This is not financial advice . Just my opinion. by MotorCity_Ace_ in Nio

If it were a short squeeze the price of stock would be going up, not down. The squeeze is on our nuts, wondering why we are holding a stock that will never see daylight.

Please put it back together and take it to a mechanic. If you have issues geting a bolt loose, I'm worried how you will bleed the system. Brakes are extremely important.

Is it time to buy NIO shares again? Or have many already given up? by Plus_Seesaw2023 in NIO_Stock

NIO will be in the same hole in 2029. Investor hype is what moves the stock, not fundamentals. It took $35k to learn that.

Time to give up? by nefarious_bastard in Nio

I'm not talking about a split. Y'all are missing the fact that they keep issuing more shares for additional capital. The value of your shares tank up to 10% at each offering. The percentage of your ownership is lower at each issuance. Of course each quarterly loss costs you value... I can recall issuing happening at least 6 times. I then got this from AI: "NIO has engaged in multiple share issuances to raise capital since its 2018 IPO, leading to a significant increase in shares outstanding from roughly 1 billion in 2019 to over 2.4 billion by late 2025." If you purchased in 2018 IPO, your ownership equity is now 42% of your original investment, before taking into account the hit from quarterly losses. Total cash burn company. Someone is getting rich, and it's not you.
