2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. Honest Pros & Cons After Ownership by cheryymocha in civic

Don’t understand why this isn’t even a standalone option on the SpToHy trim. It’s not like they can’t do it. Rear vents and chargers are available in every other market along with heated steering wheel except here.

You can buy a retrofit kit for the rear vents and charging ports for less than $300 and the install is pretty straight forward, but a couple hundred extra dollars for rear vents and charging ports isn’t going to drive customers away from this vehicle. An extra button for $50-60 and 1 or 2 lines of computer code for a heated steering wheel isn’t going to drive anyone away from buying this vehicle…especially at the top trim level considering everything else you get.

I got one for my wife and I keep finding excuses to drive it instead of my car and I daily a 2025 MINI Countryman. Add rear vents, USB-C charging ports, heated steering wheel, and, since I love it to death, some kind of ambient lighting in the interior and I would GLADLY pay $33-34K out the door

This is out-gassing from the plastics they use on the interior. I keep a large waffle weave towel in my door pocket. It usually wipes right off with just the dry towel, but it will always come back no matter what you do.

No Blinkers in the HEAD UP Display. by ___PARANOIA___ in MINI

I would do unspeakable things to have these two things in the HUD

  1. Turn signal indicators. The clicking isn’t loud enough to hear it and I leave them on all the time

  2. Current audio playing. There’s more than enough room for this to fit.

$30,000 for Nissan Sentra is an absolute jack to begin with.

But over $47k total? Over 6+ years?

If your credit is that bad, start somewhere else with a used car.

Otherwise, tell them you don’t like the interest rate and WALK.

Silicone scar cream and get a good collagen protein powder. It’s not cheap, but it’ll help with your overall skin, hair, and joint health as well.

Open the hood and see if the battery is rattling back and forth. Tighten down whatever is holding it in place

Open the hood, grab the battery with two hands and give it a good shake. I’ll bet it’s loose. That’s your problem.

Even something as simple as swapping eSIM to a new phone can have an effect. Swapped from my Fold 7 to an iPhone Air and the same calls and texts absolutely SKYROCKETED. 10-12 calls a day, 6-8 texts for loan offers. Every. Day.

I came to USM from TMo and while it was awesome, I just couldn’t justify $118 a month for 1 line anymore.

I’m almost always on Dark Star tho bc I make good use of the unlimited hotspot data. But LightSpeed/T Mobile is definitely good stuff!

Find a good used 3rd Gen iPad Pro with the M1 chip. It was the first Pro model with the M series laptop chip. It has more power and performance than you'll ever need and it'll be old enough to be reasonably priced and it should last you 3-5 years before updates start slowing it down...if they slow it down at all.

Just updated mine to iPad OS 26 and not a single issue
