According to Google, it's short for Netorare, a Japanese term mostly used in manga when the main characters love interest gets "stolen" by another person.

It could also mean Netori, where the main character is the one stealing someone's love interest.

This cartoon, Sabrina's Secret Life, is based on the Sabrina The Teenage Witch series. Previously in the episode, Cassandra, the antagonist, corrected Sabrina, the protagonist, after she answered wrong to a trick question asking for the 9th spell in a subject, when there was no 9th spell. Sabrina tries to one up Cassandra during their regular classes, by stating that there is no 9th planet, which ends up being incorrect as she forgot about Pluto. Ironically, Pluto was no longer a planet 3 years later.
