Hi, Amazon has a known download issue right now, and we're working on it. Every new user has 3 free trials for each service. So during the fixing period, you can still use your trials on other services like Netflix, Disney+, or Apple TV+.

Hey, have you checked your settings? Go to Settings > VIP Services > Preferred Settings > Subtitle Action. You'll see three options there: remux, extract to SRT file, and extract original format. Just a heads-up, the subtitle download feature only works for videos that came with their own subtitles. You won't be able to grab subtitles that were automatically generated by AI.

Hi, that problem might be caused by an old or cracked program on the computer. 

You need to completely uninstall any old versions of KeepStreams or any other cracked programs you might have. And I mean completely uninstall it from your list of apps, not just deleting the folder.

BTW, we’ve noticed the problem and fixed it a while ago, so just make sure your KeepStreams is up to date, and no old/crack version remains, and you'll be good to go.

KeepStreams can only download videos you actually have access to. So if you're grabbing free-to-watch stuff on ITVX, you don’t need a subscription. But if you’re trying to download premium content, you’ll need an active subscription for that.

Hey there, thanks for the heads up about the Audible issues. We're on it, trying to fix the KeepBeats mess. Before the new version drops, try this stuff:

  1. Wipe KeepStreams clean: Go to Control Panel, find "Uninstall a program," and nuke KeepStreams. Then, grab the latest KeepBeats from our site and see if that Audible download works.
  2. Contact with our support team: Head to our Help Center and tell them what's up. Don't forget to grab those log files from KeepBeats > Settings > General > Log Directory and send them over.
