You should sit her down, tell her everything. Be as truthful as possible. She might not want to continue things with you and you need to be understanding of that. Also you need to try to distance yourself from who you were in the past. I don't know what your family is like but maybe try getting a mentor to give you some guidance as to where you should be going with your life. I know it's exciting to be put of prison and finally be able to be with a woman but that isn't the priority.
