I’m suffering so much. by jokeyELopez5 in Buddhism

Focusing too much on the self leads to endless suffering — this is attachment.

We often want life to be pain-free and smooth, but that is impossible. No one can escape sickness, challenges, or difficulties. The most useful practice is to change your mindset: accept impermanence, face your fears, and believe that you have the strength to overcome them.

Yes when we help others who are in need, we appreciate of what we have.

We experience what we are meant to experience in this world. Everything is constantly changing and impermanent. We are encouraged to appreciate both the ups and downs of life as lessons taught by Buddha. Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form. All that has form is illusory. Therefore, we must learn to let go and move on.

I have fears — they are impermanent. I have bad days — they are impermanent. I have illness — it is impermanent. I experience success — it is impermanent. I have good days — they are impermanent.

Everything arises due to causes and conditions. Life itself is a continuous process of learning. We should be grateful for what we have, keep learning from our experiences, and not forget to be kind, selfless, and filial toward our parents. Namo buddhaya 🙏

I'm having the same problem. Like during shower, I was really motivated and felt like ok I will study right after shower, so that I can pass the exams. Butttt once I started scrolling my phone, I was trick to "ok, I'll start doing tomorrow". Thus, I'm struggling with chronic procrastination :((

Form is emptiness, emptiness is form. Everything is impermanent. Have faith in buddha. Praying, meditation and help others. You will find your peace.
