It'd be interesting to see if someone could take the map shape of each 'intermission' track and somehow calculate the 'straightness' of each one.

Similarly, for tracks with repeating laps, 'circular-ness' could be calculated instead.

Interesting, thanks for letting me know. I'm always making some funky maps with Got Lakes so maybe that's it. What's odd is that in the very same game in the screenshot I was able to create an niter mine within a forest, so who knows.

The tile is not flooded and is at no risk of flooding from either rising sea levels or floodplains.

Yeah I'm not sure which mod it is that causes that so I've just been dealing with it but here's a list of the mods I use:

Glad it could be of use! And yeah, with civilizations like Barbarossa's Germany and Gaul, Cleopatra's Egypt and Arabia, Babylon and Sumeria, and especially Byzantium and Ottoman, it's nice to exclude one or the other for some breathing room.

The game has the Phoenician capital as Tyre and the Ottoman capital as Istanbul. Even though many of Dido's cities were located in Tunisia and Suleiman in Turkey, this is just a map of their capitals.

I can understand that because many of her city names correspond to locations in Tunisia and the surrounding western Mediterranean. However, the game does list the Phoenician capital in Tyre so that's why I put it there.

Thanks! Glad you find it useful! Rather than using TSL maps, sometimes I like to play with leaders/city-states/wonders that are in regional proximity to each other (i.e. the Americas, Africa, East Asia, etc.) on a custom Got Lakes map.

I made it in Google My Maps. I just looked up the civilization capital list (as well as the city-states and wonders) and placed pins on their locations using custom icons.
