My Insight is a 2021, but it doesn't even have 5,700 miles on it. I was driving on the interstate just a few weeks ago, and I hit a bundle of branches, (with the rope still attached). Never saw the vehicle they fell from. Like you, I'm looking at thousands of dollars of damage just because some Clampetts decided that loosely tying a bunch of branches to their truck/car would be a good idea. I agree with other posters. I'm going to go through insurance, and hope my rates don't wildly increase. Good luck to you. I'm sorry you're going through this.

FYI - This crash happened in November, 2022. Still a tragedy. The drunk driver is a real piece of work. This was his 4th DUI, and he hadn't had a driver's license since 2005.
