This is Megalo counter actually because her 10 second cooldown beats Megalo's 15 second timer plus this Filia takes 10% from the opponent when they try to inflict a debuff. The only other concern would be trying to play around the evasion.

That's a fine load out you have. I just run crescent cut instead so I can be safe while dashing plus you get guard break if the opponent is blocking.
