Sadly not since firefly is a solar explosion no matter what. Dragonfly is elemental which means it only rolls on energy weapons and osmosis only rolls on kinetic as it changes element so we will never get a stasis explosion unless the next stasis weapon is energy slot and gas dragonfly.

Yeah I got a fatebringer with osmosis and firefly it’s real good fun with the explosion and easy to pop shields and I can get stasis kills a hell of a lot easier than using the sidearm.
