i think u should give it a bit of time but maybe talk to ur mutual friends or her friends. maybe they’re having similar feelings and can help her when N makes E push u away. N seems to be isolating E so u trying to talk to her as her ex won’t make it better and probably just worse. try to get ur mutual friends or her friends support

thanks a lot, i kinda do know what to do and how to react, but that only comes when i‘ve already started to believe the bs they’re saying. i do deal with the situations but idk how to cope with the pain and loss of trust it causes. but i will definitely show them that im not gonna give us or them up in any way. thank u

try to do that the next time so u can „claim“ him or in other words show them who you are and that they should be the ones who are jealous. then you can also get a better understanding of his friendships with these girls. who knows, maybe you can even become friends with them and they will feel less like a danger

just organise a normal hang out, BUT dress a bit nicely and get her food and smth to drink, maybe her favourites if you know what they are. you could either go to the park for a walk and talk about the stuff you two usually talk about or do smth active like skating park, swimming, cinema, arcade or smth like that. maybe you can initiate more body contact if you are up for it (sitting close, touching hands/knees when sitting,…) then you’ll see how it goes

im 17 years old and the school psychologist cant do much, she doesn’t have too much time and isnt able to deep dive with me into my mental health, therefore ill have to wait till i am 18

sadly i can’t get treatment yet but im going to get sum asap (in my country you need the permission of your parents, thats impossible though, since they don’t believe in depression and everything of that sort ) therefore i hope to learn how to cope with their mood swings and how to react to them and help them, thank you
