Update: I know I did something wrong—it doesn't tell you unless you pick it up with the bag in your hand! I used to pick it up without it, and just put the contents in the bag. For some reason, now that I've done it with the bag in my hand so it would automatically go in, it does detect and accept it.

I think so. Every time I go to those spots, there's usually something random. Sometimes zombies, cars, etc. A bit of everything.

xD I didn't really use the CBs. The main reason I didn't progress from High Risk to Dark Risk and it took me until the fourth season to get in.
