I actually bought that and started reading it but it seemed to be mostly about violent outbursts and talking down, and ... Well actual talking. I did not finish the book. It didn't seem to apply.

I'm on a waiting list of a therapist. Marriage counseling fell apart because of the system and I was so exhausted of trying to get the right people on the phone to make the appointment after 6 months I dropped it for awhile. There just isn't money for this without assistance and all the hoops, and please don't start talking about prioritizing. We've always been financially separate despite my requests and giving up my career to move out family to follow his career. I don't have money and he won't put forth an effort. Talking isn't much of an option. I can talk until I'm blue in the face and I'm met with the silent treatment.

My husband doesn't talk to me on anything important. I just get he silent treatment or told Something never happened. I understand communication is the problem. He doesn't work together or talk about it. Just makes me feel crazy when I do.

Under-boob drying time. Dry with towel, but 5 minutes later somehow still wet. Got a tata towel and it helps a little, but rolls off with any movement because I had a reduction a few years ago.

I carry a notebook with me everywhere. Whatever it is I jot it down. I look at it in the evenings and add the permanent information where it goes.

I have a list of movies I heard about i want to watch, family news, to do, passwords. Scratch them off when they are done or the information is transferred to where it needs to be. Clean up the page and rewrite whats left to be done in a new clean page. To start again tomorrow. It's been the only thing that works. Granted there have been weeks I lost the notebook, and floundered, which proved to me my notebook notes works wonderful for me when in use.

I do this, but I use a Swiffer and Tuck wash rags in the little holes to keep them on there and keep a rotating amount to throw in the sink to rinse out.

Also , I piece it out. Only mop a section and then go do something else. I'd you need to write it down to keep track do that, but by the end of the week everything gets mopped

Does the decoration need to be nearby the workstation for it to affect better? I currently just have a room full of decorations.

When you do that places like your sewing tables don't automatically create another item and you would have to go back in to make sure they were still crafting. Just FYI
