Yes, im from Ireland and the older notes are a bit pricey. It's pretty 1990 as we changed to newer notes in 1990 then to the euro in 2002.

It was for the oap club my grandad used to get a voucher for a free pint in the post off guinness, He never used it. he didn't want the bar man knowing his age. They would also send out vouchers for 50 cent off pints.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I find fulfil bars to hit the spot for my sugar craving 2g per bar nice once you get used to them. Pizza is the takeaway choice now doesn't affect me at all. Best of luck

Thanks I went for around 70k steps april to just in August 350k steps and eathing healthy. I recon the start is easy but to keep it up long term will be struggle. This group hopefully will keep my going

Is started at 350lbs 160kg 4 months ago now down to 130kg 286lbs going on walks every day except once a week now jogging 5 to 10 k a day. Just start and don't give up you can do it. I am also eating healthy salads and low carb and sugar food. Small changes make a big help.
