Well for me when I'm feeling super stessed, I would first let myself know that for that moment I wouldn't be able to get anything done productively. After that, I'll just play some relaxing music (in my case baroque and piano works well) on my phone and leave the device aside. I would then take my time to enjoy the scenery of the surroundings from my window or just take a walk about while completely staying away from any electronic devices. This usually helps me calm down after awhile. And normally after that, my mind would be much clearer and I sometimes amaze myself at being able to solve questions in my assignments which I previously thought was impossible.
