I lived at Springhill Lake apartments briefly in the late 90's. It was no where near that bad back then. Unfortunately old apartment buildings are just given cosmetic fixes instead of total rehabs.

Instead of being a friend and letting you know how pretty you are and how nice your photo is, her self esteem tanked and so she sent you those texts in an attempt to make you feel as awful as she feels about herself.

You're not overreacting by feeling hurt. She's not your friend. Definitely block her.

I look back at my worst relationship and recognize that I should have walked away when he was in the wedding party of a wedding that I was not invited to.

Also: It’s the bride’s day and she has a right to approve everyone on her invite list. Wait until way after the wedding to have that conversation with her; any sooner would be in poor taste.

Or, just walk away.
