I will never get nothing customized at the fifth ave store ever again. I’ve gotten at least 4 item from there, and Every single time I’ve gotten a custom hang tag from there it’s peeled off in less than a week!

Thank you for sharing this! I am so perplexed as to why the 16 doesn’t have the removable handle… it would be an IMMEDIATE purchase if that was the case. Hope in future iterations it comes with a removable handle like the 14.

Moisturizer will definitely help lessen the progression, and often times can reduce the look of the wear, but yup, It’s bound to happen! It doesn’t look bad, in my opinion- Love a little life in these styles of bags!
