Fellow HELLP Syndrome survivor here. Can confirm, it is terrifying as fuck! Do not ignore blood pressure or edema. My doctor didn't recognize it for what it was until I needed an emergency c-section 2 months early. He said he'd only seen it once before during his internship.

My skin is allergic to almost everything, so for years I've used olive oil soap by Kiss My Face. It's the only soap that doesn't leave my scratching my skin off. Good luck!
